We serve homes across NW London after checking the postcode and the job.

This is for homes where the thermostat hardware is already on the wall, but the setup still feels
unfinished. Maybe the app is half working, maybe the receiver lights make no sense, maybe the schedule was
never set, or maybe nobody is sure which account owns the system. The first check is to see what still
works locally and what was left incomplete.
What this usually means
Work out whether the thermostat, receiver and heating still respond locally, only partly work, or do
not seem linked at all.
Check whether the missing piece is pairing, app access, account ownership, schedules, or a handover
that was never really done.
Decide whether the sensible next step is finishing the setup cleanly, stepping back into pairing
checks, or looking at a wider heating-control problem.
What can change the next step
If the setup was started by someone else, app ownership, old installer accounts or missing passwords
can matter as much as the thermostat itself.
If the heating does not respond cleanly even at the receiver or local controls, the issue may be wider
than an unfinished app setup.
Send photos of the thermostat, receiver or current controls, your postcode, and any app error screen or
account clue that helps. Tell me what still works and what was never properly finished.
