If registered electricians need to quote, attend or certify work as part of the full-service electrical / registered-electrician arrangement, only the minimum necessary information is shared for that purpose. Your information is never sold. Private enquiry messages and uploaded files are not published on the website unless separately approved, captioned and privacy checked.
Where details are stored: information is stored in the email, phone, messaging and form systems used to handle enquiries. Where the site form is used, the submission may also be stored by the form provider used on the site. On the current build, the form also includes fallback tools that can open WhatsApp or email if direct form send is unavailable.
When details may be shared: information is shared only where needed to deliver your request - for example, when registered electricians need to quote, attend or certify work as part of the full-service electrical / registered-electrician arrangement.
What is usually shared: only the minimum necessary details, such as your name, contact details, postcode or address, and the relevant notes or photos needed to understand the job.
If another business is involved, they use your details only for the job, quote, certification or visit you asked for.
Review summaries and approved project-gallery photos are managed separately. Private enquiry messages, form text and uploaded files are not published on the website unless separately approved, captioned and privacy checked.
