Copy this job-list format

  • Use one line for each room or point type, for example: kitchen / double socket / 3 / replace worn white plates / white finish.
  • Say what each point is doing now, what you want it to do and whether you already have a product in mind.
  • Add access details that could affect the visit, such as fitted furniture, heavy items or restricted parking.

Photos and documents

  • Photos are optional. Take them only from a safe position, keep every cover in place and never touch damaged or wet equipment for a photo.
  • A straight-on exterior photo can show the point and finish; a wider room photo can show access. Do not move heavy furniture or climb to take one.
  • If you have a certificate or report, send every relevant page, including the circuit schedule and test results. The cover page alone gives less useful information.
  • Include the exact product link or model number when you want a particular finish or accessory.
